This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by GleeFull Supplements ("Sponsor," "GleeFull," "we," "us," or "our"). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
The Giveaway is open exclusively to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry into the Giveaway is automatic upon subscribing to a GleeFull Supplements product through the following landing page: 90-Day Weight Loss Challenge (the "Subscription Page"). No additional action is required to enter. Each active subscriber is entitled to one (1) entry per monthly drawing.
To be eligible for any given monthly drawing, an entrant's subscription must be active and in good standing as of the date the drawing is conducted. Subscriptions that have been cancelled, paused, refunded, or that have failed to renew prior to the drawing date will not be eligible for that month. Subscribers who reactivate a previously inactive subscription will be eligible for the next subsequent monthly drawing, provided the subscription is active on the date of that drawing.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from the pool of all eligible active subscribers during the first calendar week of each month (starting July 1st). The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries at the time of the drawing.
The prize for each monthly drawing consists of one (1) Amazon.com Gift Card with a face value of One Hundred United States Dollars ($100.00 USD) (the "Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and carries no cash equivalent. No substitution of the Prize will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The selected winner will be notified by electronic mail at the email address associated with their subscription account within three (3) business days following the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining pool of eligible active subscribers.
By accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name and last initial (e.g., "Sarah M.") for promotional and announcement purposes, including but not limited to social media, email communications, and the Sponsor's website, without further compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, or any portion thereof, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Amazon.com, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of the Prize.
All personal information collected from entrants in connection with the Giveaway will be used and handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Subscribers acknowledge that the consideration paid in connection with a GleeFull Supplements subscription is for the supplement product(s) subscribed to. Entry into the Giveaway is provided as a complimentary benefit to active subscribers and does not constitute the product or service being purchased.
